Developed high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching and capability programs while driving continuous improvement across service operations, warranty governance, CRM and digital technologies.
Partnered with executive leadership, accountants and Porsche Australia to deliver financial growth, major capital projects and strategic initiatives. Key Achievements
• Increased retail aftersales gross profit by 35% within six months through commercial analysis, operational improvement and capability development.

• Designed and established a centralised Pre-Delivery Centre following Penske's acquisition of Melbourne's three Porsche dealerships, improving vehicle logistics, storage capacity and pre-delivery efficiency through a dedicated off-site operation that streamlined vehicle flow across the dealer network.
• Led the commercial and operational review supporting Penske Automotive Australia's acquisition of Porsche Centre Melbourne, identifying significant commercial findings that contributed to six-figure settlement savings.

Key Achievements
• Led the $11M redevelopment of South Yarra BMW, maintaining business continuity, customer experience and commercial performance throughout the project.
• Transformed customer experience, improving CSI from one of BMW Australia's lowest performing dealerships to Runner-Up in the BMW National Aftersales Challenge, while being appointed to the BMW National Dealer Council.
• Designed and implemented a centralised Business Development Centre (BDC), strengthening customer retention, workshop utilisation and operational consistency, with elements later adopted by BMW Australia.
• Developed and implemented the Fast Lane Service operating model, later adopted nationally by BMW Australia and subsequently adapted across Porsche and Mercedes-Benz dealerships.
